This was some video I shot today while all the tornadoes were hitting Dallas Fort Worth. The first part had some good rotation but thankfully it didn’t touch down.
There are a handful of times in a person’s life where they can say they witnessed a life changing event. I was in Jasper, AL which is approximately 30 miles outside of Birmingham on April 27, 2011. I will always remember that day.. the day that will go down in record as the worst tornadic day in Alabama’s history.
I strung this video together from various shots on my iphone. Most of the clips were shot after spending several minutes in a storm basement so please pardon the shakes.
